The Organization Workshop

The Organization Workshop, by the master of organization systems, Barry Oshry, is guaranteed to give people more energy and insight into how they fit into the picture. Organizations and teams that will benefit the most are those that:

• have turf issues among directors, managers, and/or departments
• repeatedly bump up against hierarchical and/or lateral communication issues
• have new leadership or are experiencing a leadership transition
