Trust—with teams, customers, suppliers, superiors. People will do things for you that they wouldn’t usually do if your work relationship is based on trust. Trust is the currency of collaboration, and most organizational issues require collaborative solutions.
Honesty. If you can’t talk about what isn’t working, it won’t get fixed. We are willing to offer honest feedback—no matter how uncomfortable—at all times in our consulting and coaching. It’s the only way to address issues and move forward in conquering them.
Everyone deserves respect at the workplace, from the bottom to the top. But brutal honesty does not mean being brutal. It means giving people the feedback they need to make the changes they want to make in a straightforward and honest manner. How else can someone improve their performance?
We believe that we are built to make meaning out of data. It’s human nature. So is the speed with which we come to conclusion (even if it is incomplete). As your consultants, our job is to work with you to discover the many facets of “the truth” about a difficult situation, and to make sure the solutions are based on sound data.
Our Uniqueness and Our Approach
Sophie’s unique background informs our approach. With 15 years of work as a theatrical director/producer/performer, she is comfortable in front of people and with groups, and with small and large change processes. She fosters a sense of pleasure and creative play with the work.
Facts first. When you work with us we will start with what is. What data supports your interpretation of the issue? Who else can provide information to map the problem? Then we clarify your goals together. What do you want to have happen? What would “better” look like?
Flexible. We are able to adapt to your project, your schedule, and your needs.
