- The Gestalt International Study Center in Wellfleet, MA. GISC has a wide variety of courses for leaders, teams, and individuals.
- Another favorite is Robert Kegan/Lisa Lahey’s Immunity to Change. They have two excellent books: The Way We Talk Can Change the Way We Work and Immunity to Change. The first book also provides a robust framework to feedback.
